Happy Holidays

While Mel get's to bask in the Caribbean on a wonderful family cruise I'm left wrapping her gifts, doing my own shopping, but I took some time to do my own nails for once. I was inspired by to do the Christmas bulbs and tree by a couple of great sites. Little Nails gave me the idea for the bulbs and the tree was my own attempt.

I did decide to branch out and use acrylic paints for the nail decorations so now we have an art department going, sigh...

Lastly it will be interesting to see how this holds up as I did this over my home shellac I did last week which hasn't completely worn out its usefullness.

•  Shellac Nails in Neutral Color (worn for about a week)
• Sinful Colors - Fly Away
• China Glaze - Dorothy Who
• Some white sponging over nail 

The rest is done with dotting tools and acrylic paint.
